The work deals with the transmembrane potential. Any type of cells represent united system which consist of three parts : The cell membrane , the nucleus , and , between the two , the cytoplasm . The plasma membrane is firmly atteched to cytoplasm , it is microscopic structure so the research of function and strucutre of the cell membrane is only able with electronic microscope . To determine membrane potential is releated to law of physic. I am going to discuss membrane's electric features which shows that membrane function like a principe of condenser . Also i will describe equilibrium potential with nernst equation and function of membrane potential .
