Annotation:
Oximes are one of the versatile comfounds in organic chemistry. They can be converted to amines, amides, nitriles, nitro compounds, and to a variety of heterocyclic compounds. It is known thet ferrocenyl group (Fc- ferrocenyl) is often incorporated into a bioactive compound to obtain enhanced biological activities. We obtained oximes of formylferrocene and acetylferrocene , and performed they oxidation by active manganese dioxide MnO2 for deprotection, and by sodium perborate NaBO3 3H2O for the conversion into corresponding ferrocenylnitroalkanes.
