Annotation:
The major goal of our research was to study effect of temperature on separation process of triadimefon enantiomers on cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)-based chiral column in high-performance liquid chromatography with hexane-isopropanol mobile phases. Analysis were performed at different temperatures . Triadimefon , is a fungicide used in agriculture to control various fungal diseases. This compound undergoues the enantiomerization under the separation conditios of the present study. we have calculate the rate constants at different temperatures .Based on the temperature-dependence of the enantiomerization reaction rate constants the values of activation energies were calculated.
