This master paper is about Georgian cartoon portal. As we know today standard data handling methods are not enough to handle loads of video traffic and data, so the need of Big Data algorithms are increasing rapidly. In this master paper I have described the functionality of the portal and the Big Data algorithms as well, which is used to handle large amounts of video files which is then sent to the portal via streams. There are also described data visualization methods and tools in this master paper.
