The aim of analysis was to determine the thermodynamic parameters of activation of the fungicide Triadimefon from the temperature dependent enantiomerization proccess. During analysis chiral columns: Lux-3µm-i-Amylose 3 (isp10B1), Lux-3µm-Amylose-3 (isp10-3-PHEC-coated) and Lux-5µm-Amylose-3(isp10-5-1000-amino) have been employed. Besides that, off-column racemization of enantiopure samples and the impact of base additive Diethylamine on this process have been observed.
