Since the Technological development is going so fast , a lot of more professions are creating. Of course, this requires to define each profession correctly , to redistribute responsibilities and to protect Labor rights. Currently, In Georgia This issue is not even recognized as a big problem. Even Strong Companies avoid to write the vaccancy’s responsibilities. In this science-related, we elaborated, the model of the system , which includes the list of the World standart professions and the area of the business. Based on these informations , an employer has to set up his requirements of vaccancy correctly , and so the finder of the vacancy can choose the vacancy by its competence.
