In this topic we are going to discuss the drug delivery nanoparticle DPPC and its complex with antioxidant vitamin E. We calculated how many phospholipids we need to make one single liposome and how many molecules of vitamin E it will carry due to sizes and total energy balance. After that we calculated the mass of the total vitamin E and then made the simulations in Matlab to find out the trajectories and square displacement formula of our complex in the capillaries, taking brownian motion into account. Then we built the physical model of aorta vessel and also draw the trajectories to find out the average velocity of movement and check its stability via motion.
