Turbodeometric experiment on bacteria’s and antibiotic Salome Murjikneli Nowadays scientist’s are captivated in bacteria’s and antibiotics. This is currently one of the most important field of activities in science and medicine. We did a research on bacteria’s and the effect of antibiotics , to be more specific gentamicin’s effect in a turbodeometric experiment. First of all we measured feeding area’s blue light spectre. We added bacteria in food consumption area in amount of 400 mkL we left it for 3 hours and saw how it expanded. After this we added gentamicin, because of trajectory of experiment didn’t change in 20 minutes we added twice an amount of antibiotic, which caused the trajectory to become stable. This means that the bacteria stopped expanding and completely got destroyed. The result of our experiment is that we discovered what is the minimum amount of antibiotic is needed to completely destroy bacteria.
