Summery Separation of enantriomers of chiral drugs is important because the enantiomers commonly exhibit different pharmacological and toxic properties. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is one of the major methods for separation of enantiomers and polysaccharide derivatives belong to the most successful chiralselectors for separation of enantiomers in HPLC. The present work deals with the study of the influence of temperature on the separation of triadimephone enantiomers in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).. Amylose tris (3-chloro-5-methylphenylcarbamate) covalently attached to the silica surface was used as a chiral stationary phase. The kinetics of enantiomerization process was studied.
