Annotation:
In this work the dependence of retention and enantioselectivity on temperature was studied for oxazepam on chiral stationary phases made by attachment of cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenyl corbate) and cellulose tris(3,5-dichlorophenyl carbamate)s onto silica in high-performance liquid chromatography. The purpose was to study the influence of temperature on the enantioseparation process and determination of kinetic parameters. Based on the obtained results the rate constants and activation energy of enantiomerization process were determined.
