Annotation:

The goal of the present study was to compare fully porous and superficially porous stationary phases for enantiomeric separations in high performance liquid chromatography. Were used different types of mobile phases and also stationary phases with different content of chiral selector. We were watching the efficiency of divisions on different speeds and also we studied this issue in case of column’s different dimensions. Superficially porous particles, showed a clear advantage over the separation of enantiomers and maintained the efficiency on high speeds.
