At the present time, development of new effective methods for energy storage and conversion is an important problem for scientists. Thus, very important problem is research and progress of low cost, readily acceptable, long life, high energy storage or other type devices. Solid polymer electrolytes are materials, that can use as ion conductors in above mantion devices. They are separator in Li-ion polymer system, where litium ions move from anode to cathode during rechearge or discharge. They are interesting solid materials because ions ability to pass trough in it as in fluids. For purpose Organocyclotetrasiloxanes, the reaction of hydrosilylation reaction of 2.4.6.8-tetrahydro-2.4.6.8- tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4H) by 2.2.3.3.4.4.5.5 - octafluoropentyl acrylate and vinyltriethoxysilane with ratio of initial compounds 1:3:1 in the presence of platinum catalysts was carried out. For identification and investigation of synthesized oligomers, different types of physical and chemical studies were carried out.
