This project is about creating and testing of the optimized communication system for people with hearing impairment and muteness. This project echoes the issue that modern communication systems should be adapted to persons with disabilities. Within the scope of research, the focus is on developing a concrete innovative system for deaf-mute people. The proposed system can replace the standard video call within limited resources. In particular, deaf people will have the opportunity to establish continuous communication while having limited access to communications networks and to save financial resources during communication.
